A staged home enables a potential buyer to imagine your home as their own and increases their willingness to pay for it. Most sellers are so emotionally connected to their home that they cannot view it objectively or through 'buyers' eyes. Additionally most sellers have created THEIR dream home – and that is often too ‘taste specific' for the buyer to see past what is currently there. 
This is where I can help by objectively preparing the property to sell to the targeted buyer, for the highest sale price and in the shortest amount of time and I will do all that in the most cost-efficient way by highlighting the property's best features and playing down the less desirable aspects.

Your property needs to look its best and appeal to the broadest market available and this may require updating or repairs.  I will make recommendations and can project manage the work if required. Most home staging projects include some decluttering and packing away items not required for a while, so there is much less stress for removals day, as you are just living with the items you use on a daily basis.
